Billboard War in Hungary: pro-immigration answer to Orban’s campaign

Next time you will be coming from your vacation trip do not be surprised to see ironic pro-immigration posters on the way from the Budapest airport.

“Official-looking on first glance, the posters which will line the road from Budapest’s Ferihegy airport are actually part of a massive, 1,000-billboard crowdfunded campaign to satirise a government PR drive against migrants. There will even be a final-evening photo opportunity available to visitors, thanks to a downtown poster that says “I Survived The Hungarian Anti-Immigration Campaign.”

The project became possible thanks to the money crowdfunded in just one week. The pro-immigration billboard campaign crowdfunded 32 million forints reports The Telegraph.
